Coppa Club is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead a vibrant, high-volume kitchen in the UK. You will drive daily operations, guide a talented team, and deliver seasonal, standout dishes that feel like home.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen.
• Strong technique, creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across kitchen and front-of-house.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations: support Head Chef in daily kitchen activities and staff performance.
• Mentor the team: train and motivate junior chefs to grow.
• Contribute creatively: help shape seasonal specials and fresh ideas for the pass.
• Maintain standards: uphold hygiene, safety and presentation excellence.
• Deliver quality: produce stylish, satisfying, seasonal dishes reflecting Coppa Club’s ethos.
