The Lamb & Flag in Covent Garden is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen in their absence. You will prepare fresh food using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and help bring new ideas to the menu.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification and food safety awareness are essential.
