RBH Bridgewood Manor Hotel and Spa in Chatham, Kent, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will work as the right-hand to the Head Chef, leading daily operations, ensuring prep, cooking and service run smoothly, and delivering dishes that reflect contemporary British cuisine.

You will mentor junior chefs, drive menu development, manage stock and ordering, and uphold rigorous hygiene standards in a fast-paced, welcoming setting.
