Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team and maintain high food quality and consistency.
• Plan menus and daily specials with Head Chef and development opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and GP/labour controls.
• Train staff and manage kitchen rota and training.
• Collaborate with front of house to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
