Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a creative and reliable Sous Chef for our Leeds location. You will lead service during peak periods, ensure quality and consistency, and work closely with the head chef to deliver our breakfast and lunch offering.

The role is Monday to Friday with Saturdays breakfast; benefits include free meals on duty, a generous pension, and training opportunities as part of our expanding catering team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure during service periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food service areas for the day's business.
• Ensure prompt service and maintain company standards.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and hygienic.
• Assist in stock movements and ordering as required.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
