You will lead a talented kitchen brigade, crafting seasonal dishes and maintaining exacting standards in a fine-dining environment. The role offers a 48-hour week and on-site live-in accommodation.

Salary is £43,000 per year plus £4,000 service charge, giving a total package of around £47,000. Right to work in the UK is required.
