Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Apprentice Social Media & Marketing Administrator for an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role offers £24,521.29 per annum and a fully funded Level 3 Business Administrator qualification to kickstart a creative marketing career.

You will create content, manage calendars, track engagement, coordinate Open Day logistics and support core team operations with campaign data, while building essential industry skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or equivalent) required.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and initiative in a marketing context.

Responsibilities

• Create content and capture on-ground moments for campus storytelling.
• Produce photo and video content and manage content calendars.
• Track engagement across social platforms and campaign data.
• Coordinate Open Day events and manage digital assets.
