Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is hiring an Apprentice Social Media & Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team for 18 months. Salary £24,521.29 per year, fully funded Level 3 Business Administrator qualification. You will create content, manage calendars, capture on-ground moments, and support event logistics and data tracking.

We seek candidates with GCSE English and Maths, a proactive attitude, and a passion for representing the College across four campuses. DBS checks may be required.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or equivalent) required.
• Apprentice role leading to Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative initiative and storytelling passion encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit content for campus social channels.
• Capture photo and video content on-site and on events.
• Manage content calendars and schedule posts.
• Track engagement and campaign data across platforms.
• Coordinate Open Day/event logistics and digital assets.
• Support team operations and reporting.
