Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Apprentice Social Media & Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team on an 18 month fixed term contract. You will create engaging content for our college channels and manage calendars, while earning a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.

You’ll capture campus stories, track engagement, coordinate Open Day logistics, and support the team with assets and data. Based at Slough & Langley College with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Level 3 apprenticeship funded in business administration.

Responsibilities

• Create content and manage social platforms across college channels.
• Capture real moments on campus and produce photo/video content.
• Run content calendars and track channel engagement.
• Coordinate event logistics for Open Days and manage digital assets.
• Support core team operations and campaign data.
