VaynerMedia in London is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the wider team across Creative, Strategy, Client Services, Media and more, ensuring milestones hit on time and within budget.

You'll draft internal and external comms, nurture client relationships, track project health, and help prepare presentations and reports for clients, while staying aligned with the agency's fast-paced, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, hard working, enthusiastic self-starter.
• 1–2 years experience managing projects or coordinating teams.
• Desire to develop project management in a creative business.
• Calm, collaborative problem solver with proactive mindset.
• Passion for social media and understanding platforms.
• Experience writing formal/business documents like contracts or proposals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management and execution of projects with cross-functional teams.
• Support development and preparation of presentations, performance reviews and client reports.
• Track project financial health and share/assess results.
• Schedule meetings, kickoffs, brainstorms, and internal reviews for clients.
• Act as a brand guardian by keeping teams updated on client news and trends.
• Draft client SOWs, vendor agreements, change orders and other docs for lead PM.
• Manage variations of digital/social content and ensure assets reach partners/clients.
• Uphold VaynerMedia values and collaborate with teams to push boundaries.
