Job summary

VaynerMedia in London is looking for a progressive Creative Director to lead across multiple EMEA lines of business. You will oversee LIVE event content capture, guide creator campaigns, and manage complex global talent partnerships for major brands, including eBay.

You will mentor large cross-functional teams, shape creative strategy for pitches, and ensure high-quality outputs that align with client objectives and the VM POV.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative agency or media environment.
• Proven track record leading EMEA-wide campaigns with creators and influencers.
• Onsite live-event direction and content capture expertise.
• Familiarity with AI-based discovery and AEO strategies.

Responsibilities

• Elevate craft across outputs from quick social content to major campaigns.
• Drive ideation for current accounts, pitches, and new tech opportunities.
• Build trusted client partnerships and co-create with clients.
• Lead and mentor large cross-functional creative teams with actionable feedback.
• Lead creative strategy and narrative for pitches, articulating VaynerMedia’s unique approach.
• Streamline workflows, manage briefing sessions, and refine team structures.
