Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 12‑month FTC in London to support the daily management and relationship building between the client and the agency. You will help ensure smooth operation of the account, coordinating with internal departments and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

You will draft client communications, track progress, and assist with meetings, ensuring the team stays aligned with client goals and industry developments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in project coordination, preferably in a creative or media environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management and execution of projects, coordinating with creative, strategy, client services, media, and ops teams.
• Support development and preparation of presentations, performance reviews and client reports.
• Monitor project financial health and share assessments.
• Schedule project-related meetings and ensure the right stakeholders see the right information.
• Act as a brand guardian, keeping teams updated on client world and industry trends.
• Draft client SOWs, vendor agreements, change orders, and other contract documents for review by the lead PM.
• Manage variations of digital and social content, ensuring quality control and timely delivery to partners and clients.
• Uphold VaynerMedia values and collaborative team culture.
