Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in social and integrated campaigns to support a major global account. This 4-month FTC role involves leading multi-workstream projects, coordinating internal and external teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across ATL and digital content.

You will partner with Account, Strategy and Creative leads, manage risks, write SOWs, and mentor junior PMs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within a leading

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading complex strategic projects with senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Budget development and contract (SOW) writing experience.
• Ability to recognise and solve potential problems and manage conflicts.
• Manage overall quality of project delivery and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and managing large, multi-workstream projects from brief to delivery.
• Mobilise internal and external teams around the project vision and outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day project management, timelines and budgets with clients.
• Drive progress with attention to detail and agile problem solving.
• Write client SOWs, vendor agreements, and change orders.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Escalate and resolve issues; manage risks and resource needs.
• Support Head of Delivery to optimize PM skills and capacity.
