Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Arts, Film & Events Production, or Business Management.
• Programme Management (arts, film, or events) experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and find solutions under pressure.
• Clear, empathetic communication with a positive mindset.
• Strong organisational and logistical skills.
• Competent in office and operational software systems.
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions.
• Comfortable with networking and generating interest.

Responsibilities

• Organising workshops in schools and communities.
• Create & communicate schedules, monitor timelines, manage budgets & programme delivery.
• Lead film shoots: scheduling, crew communication, equipment hire, sponsorship, insurance, permissions, post production.
• Coordinate teacher training with schools and researchers.
• Coordinate case studies with researchers and interview/training activities.
• Coordinate film screenings and travel sponsorships for participants.
• Plan and manage events (e.g., National Gallery) with screenings and live demos.
• Ensure safeguarding and trauma-informed practices across activities.
• Handle employment contracts and onboarding.
• Maintain CIC governance, data protection, and compliance.
