Job summary

Capel Manor College in London invites applications for a part-time Project Coordinator to lead the London Talent Pathways Programme. You will coordinate day-to-day delivery, ensure activities stay on time and within budget, and align with funding requirements.

You will collaborate with employers, curriculum teams, MIS and senior leaders to manage learner recruitment, reporting and performance, while handling multiple workstreams with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating projects, programmes or contracts within education, training, employability or economic development.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and partners.
  • Experience monitoring performance against targets and producing reports.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of the London Talent Pathways Programme.
  • Act as central point of contact for programme partners, employers and internal teams.
  • Support learner recruitment, onboarding and progression activities.
  • Coordinate employer engagement activities, events and partnership meetings.
  • Monitor programme performance against contractual targets and KPIs.
  • Produce accurate reports, funding returns and MIS.
  • Maintain programme documentation, evidence and compliance records.
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure learners receive high-quality support and progression opportunities.
