We are recruiting a Programme Coordinator to provide essential administrative support for the smooth and effective delivery of our programmes, activities and events.

The Programme Coordinator plays a key role in executing our Developing Artist Strategy and involves varied work focussed on the smooth running of Sound and Music and our activities. Your core responsibilities are to provide administrative support to the Programmes Team to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of our Programme, activities and events.

Your responsibilities will include providing practical and administrative support for programme activity; coordinating contracts and invoices; keeping budgets accurate and up to date; preparing agendas, event schedules and welcome packs; coordinating selection panels; collecting data and overseeing evaluation processes; and acting as the main point of contact for students, parents and carers on In the Making.

• Interviews and meet the team: Thursday 1 October 2026
• Start date: To be confirmed
• Location: London / hybrid. You could work remotely from anywhere in the UK, with a minimum of two days per month at our London workspace.
• Salary band: £25,000–£31,000 pro rata (£15,000–£18,600 p.a. based on 0.6 FTE contract)
• Reporting to: Senior Creative Programme Leader
