Boots UK, operating in No7 Beauty Company, seeks a Workfront Administrator for The B-Hive in the UK. You will own admin, workflows, forms, fields, dashboards, and governance, turning data into actionable insight for agency leadership.

You will build reports, automate processes, manage assets and integrations, and support billing, invoices, and subscriptions. The role offers growth within a collaborative, fast-paced in-house agency environment across Nottingham or London.

Qualifications

• Own Adobe Workfront administration, including workflows, templates, forms and dashboards.
• Build and maintain Workfront reports, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
• Support AEM Assets, metadata and asset governance.
• Assist with billing, purchase orders and invoice data accuracy.
• Oversee licences, subscriptions and access controls.
• Keep up-to-date with Adobe releases and new features.
• Create guidance and training to promote system adoption.

Responsibilities

• Adobe Workfront: Own admin and optimisation, including workflows, templates, forms, fields, dashboards, user access and governance.
• Reporting & insight: Build and maintain Workfront reports and dashboards across utilisation, forecasting, workload and commercial performance, turning data into actionable insight for agency leadership.
• Workflow optimisation: Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes, improve system adoption and make our tools work better together.
• AEM & asset management: Support AEM Assets and Content Hub, including metadata, asset workflows, governance and Workfront integrations.
• Commercial operations: Support billing, PO, invoice and freelance recharge processes, ensuring accurate data and robust financial reporting.
• Technology & governance: Oversee agency systems, licences, subscriptions and access, working closely with IT, Adobe and other technology partners.
• Continuous improvement: Keep on top of Adobe releases and new functionality, proactively identifying, testing and implementing improvements.
• Training & adoption: Create guidance and training to help teams use our systems effectively and consistently.
