Sunderland College is seeking a Learning Practitioner in Art & Design to lead theory and practical sessions, inspiring learners who may be new to visual arts. You will use a range of equipment and digital platforms to keep delivery innovative and engaging.

The role offers CPD, career development and opportunities to collaborate across teams, with a strong emphasis on inclusive teaching, safeguarding and learner progression.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance, behaviour and progress, on and off campus.
• Collaborate to develop curriculum and share best practice.
• Engage with employers and community partners to enrich learning.
• Maintain CPD, safeguarding and college-wide duties.
