Job summary

We Generate is seeking a hands-on Creative Lead to steer campaigns from brief to delivery across music, entertainment and consumer-brand clients. You will lead a team of three across TikTok creator campaigns, Instagram activity and live activations, reporting to UK and international teams and presenting ideas to clients.

You’ll develop compelling pitch decks, translate approved concepts into practical plans and oversee execution.

Qualifications

• Four to six years’ experience within a creative agency, social agency, music company, entertainment business or branded-content environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to briefs with original, relevant and commercially realistic campaign ideas.
• Develop concepts for music, entertainment and consumer-brand clients.
• Create pitch decks and proposals that clearly communicate the insight, central idea and proposed execution.
• Present ideas confidently and respond constructively to client feedback.
• Adapt ideas across TikTok and Instagram, working with creators, community pages, original content and live experiences.
• Consider how social-first ideas can extend into physical activations, shoots and live production.
• Manage quotes, budgets, schedules, travel, call sheets, run-of-show documents and other logistical requirements.
• Help team members develop their campaign, creative and client-management skills.
• Create a collaborative environment across creative, strategy, client services and production.
