Job summary

Belvoir Castle is seeking an experienced Events Organiser to take ownership of the seasonal events programme at Belvoir Castle and Belvoir Castle Retail Village. You will drive commercial and creative success, delivering remarkable experiences for visitors and the local community.

Strong budget control and cost management.
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Develop the concept and creation of public facing events for Belvoir Castle and Belvoir Castle Retail Village.
Lead and manage the delivery of all public facing events, working with the outsourced Events Manager and Operations Manager and the wider Estate team.
Ensure smooth day to day running of events, coordinating catering, retail and hospitality staff.
Manage and maximise event budgets to meet income targets.
Liaise with local government and councils for licences and permissions, maintaining relationships with Parish Councils.
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote events across media.
Evaluate the events programme and report findings to the Managing Director.
