Job summary

ER Recruitment is seeking an experienced Events Organiser to develop and deliver a diverse programme of experiences in Leicestershire.

You will take events from concept through planning, coordinating suppliers, budgets and health & safety to create memorable visitor experiences and commercial success.

Working with internal and external partners, you will manage multiple events, deadlines and resources while maintaining high standards of visitor flow and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of organising varied and engaging events.
• Ability to spot opportunities and turn ideas into commercially viable events.
• Highly organised with multiple events, deadlines and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, licensing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take events from idea to planning, coordination and delivery.
• Develop new concepts and advise on trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, logistics and visitor flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure professional delivery.
• Own event health & safety, risk assessments and licensing.
• Manage budgets, costs and resources while safeguarding visitor experience.
