Job description

Our client is a growing consumer-focused organisation with an ambitious programme of trade shows, product launches, sponsorship activity and live experiences. You’ll join a role where your work is highly visible, bringing brand experiences to life across major industry events and consumer-facing activations. From early planning and supplier coordination through to being the key contact on site, you’ll have ownership of the detail that makes an event memorable, professional and commercially effective. If you enjoy turning creative ideas into well-executed experiences and thrive when there are multiple moving parts to manage, this is an opportunity to make a tangible impact.

The Event Lead will own the delivery of high-profile events, exhibitions, launches and brand activations from initial planning through to post-event evaluation.

Role Highlights

The Event Lead will:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of product launches, brand activations and major live events.
  • Coordinate trade show presence, including stand planning, production, logistics and on-site delivery.
  • Turn sponsorship opportunities into visible, engaging brand experiences and manage associated deliverables.
  • Brief creative partners and production suppliers to deliver stands, staging, experiences and bespoke installations.
  • Manage venues, technical requirements, staffing, merchandise, budgets, timelines and post-event reporting.
You Will Need
  • Proven experience delivering exhibitions, trade shows or large-scale brand events, ideally within consumer, sport, technology or entertainment.
  • Strong experience managing suppliers across venues, production, AV, staffing, merchandise and creative services.
  • Confidence translating creative concepts into practical, high-quality physical experiences.
  • A calm, hands‑on approach with the judgement to resolve issues quickly when working on site.
  • Relevant professional experience or equivalent practical expertise, with sponsorship activation experience highly valued.
Why You’ll Love It
  • Genuine ownership of a varied national and international events calendar.
  • The opportunity to work across trade, consumer, sponsorship and experiential activity.
  • High visibility and direct influence over how the brand is experienced in person.
  • A role combining strategic planning with practical, hands‑on delivery.
  • Scope to build trusted relationships with creative, production and event partners.
