The role requires an artistic background, a professional portfolio, and skills in 3D work, carpentry, and effective communication to lead store teams and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong artistic background in fine arts, design, or architecture.
• Knowledge of using power tools is an advantage.
• Submit a professional portfolio if applicable.
• Ability to develop creative ideas into working solutions.
• Talents in artwork creation, painting, paper hanging, and carpentry.
• Excellent construction craftsmanship and 3D work experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret Company direction to create artistic, visionary displays that drive sales.
• Utilise seasonal books to interpret floor set inspirations for in-store displays.
• Ensure excellent craftsmanship in windows and displays.
• Mentor retail teams on visual expectations and material management.
• Collaborate with VMM/store management to deliver timely projects.
• Promote urban philosophy and share contemporary culture through displays.
• Attend daily meetings and communicate inspiration to Head Office.
