What Are We Looking For?

We need someone who has that creative spark, who is passionate about marketing, and who thrives in a high-energy environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Creative Designer to join our team on a permanent basis and help produce high-quality branding and marketing materials, working on both client and internal projects. You’ll report directly into the Managing Director and take on a leading role within the team.

This position will predominantly work from our Glasgow studio, but with the opportunity to visit our other sites across the UK

Key Duties :

• Design, produce, and execute client creative concepts including branding, digital and printed marketing materials, applying brands to websites, and social media designs.
• Assist with creating unique visually compelling and conceptual brand solutions for our projects and clients.
• Become involved in marketing communication campaigns through creative concept discussions leading to the production of striking designs.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, both individually and as part of a team, with the ability to deliver quality work to deadlines.
• Highlight any roadblocks to the Managing Director and Account Manager whilst approaching challenges with solutions-oriented thinking.

What Do You Need?

• Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a closely related subject.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proficiency in web design tools such as Figma.
• Extensive knowledge of layout, typography, colour systems, and design principles.
• Prior experience of working in a design, consultancy, media, or advertising environment.
• Project management skills and the ability to prioritise across multiple projects.
