Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve excellence, while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Creates a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role-modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensures an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and equipping your team with necessary skills.
  • Maintains impeccable food, health, and safety standards, understands financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spots opportunities.
  • Builds a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Is a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
