Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

What We Look For:
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strong communication skills with genuine, considerate conversations that support your team.
- Proven ability to uphold food, health, safety standards, and manage financial performance including GP and stock control.
- Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams to flourish and grow.
