Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire your kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Coach and develop your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food, health, and safety standards, and manage financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support the ongoing development of team members.
  • Promote an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued.
  • Make quick, effective decisions and solve problems proactively.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills to foster a positive work culture.
  • Dedication to excellent guest service and high standards in food preparation.
  • Experience managing food safety, health and safety standards, and financial performance in a kitchen environment.
