Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking enthusiastic, creative Chefs to join our award-winning culinary team on a casual basis across our Welsh hotels. We are looking for Commis Chef, Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie with a hands-on approach, experience in quality food service, and a relevant Food Hygiene qualification to help deliver outstanding hospitality to our guests.

• Experience in a quality food service establishment.
• Hands-on approach to kitchen operations.
• Relevant Food Hygiene qualification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all food to standard.
• Keep the kitchen clean at all times.
• Label and rotate stock properly.
• Liaise with Supervisor for additional requirements.
• Raise issues to Supervisor.
• Store stock correctly.
