Beannchor Group is opening a new kitchen at Ru in Belfast and seeks a hardworking Kitchen Porter to join the launch team. You will help maintain spotless, hygienic back-of-house areas and support chefs with essential prep in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a kitchen porter or in a similar role is desirable.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house spaces.
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment to a high standard.
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and storage of food and kitchen supplies.
• Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
