Job summary

You will join Young's Pubs as a Chef de Partie in a vibrant village pub setting with a refreshed, welcoming atmosphere and a strong fresh food culture. You’ll contribute to a British menu, work closely with Head Chef, and help develop daily specials while maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion for delivering fantastic food every time.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and daily specials.
• Demonstrate creativity and ability to translate concepts into menu items.
• Plan and organise to maintain effective GP and labour controls.
• Drive sales and growth by engaging kitchen and front of house teams.
