Founders Arms in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen in one of the city’s iconic pubs. You will work under the Head Chef, delivering high-quality, fresh dishes and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef aiming for next step.
• Passion for fresh food and quality service.
• Ability to work with Head Chef to design dishes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn new skills and progress.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Deliver fantastic food consistently.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Learn new skills and collaborate with team.
• Help design and deliver new dishes.
• Plan and organize to maintain GP and labour controls.
• Drive sales and growth through kitchen and FOH engagement.
