Job summary

The Citygate in Exeter, part of Young's Pubs, is seeking a Chef De Partie to join a busy kitchen team delivering fresh, seasonal dishes for lunch and dinner. You will work closely with the Head Chef to uphold high standards and help train junior staff in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or ambitious Commis Chef seeking next step.
• Passion for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
• Hands-on leadership and clear communication in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in designing and delivering menus and daily specials.
• Maintain cleanliness, portion control and consistent GP and labour management.
• Support and train junior厨房 staff and ensure smooth service.
