Old Manor in Potters Bar is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our rustic, dog-friendly pub. Rich and the team welcome you to a community pub steeped in history.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef seeking progression.
• Passion for high-quality, fresh food and welcoming environment.
• Willingness to learn and be a hands-on kitchen supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Help design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Maintain GP and labour controls in the kitchen.
• Work alongside Head Chef to drive standards and growth.
