Job summary

The Dog & Fox in Wimbledon Village is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy pub and hotel kitchen. You will work under the Head Chef to prepare a premium range of dishes for our dining, events, and resident dining in a boutique hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef

• Help control GP and labour through efficient prep
