The Duchess of Kent in Islington is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy pub kitchen behind Highbury & Islington station. We pride ourselves on British classics, fresh ingredients and a welcoming environment; match days bring energy and pace, and teamwork is essential.

As part of our team you’ll progress through internal development programmes, enjoy masterclasses, free meals and staff discounts, with opportunities to shape daily menus alongside the Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef stepping up
• Passion for producing quality fresh food in a warm, welcoming environment
• Willingness to learn and communicate effectively within a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to standard
• Assist Head Chef with menu planning and daily specials
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices
