You will be hands-on, creative, and committed to excellent service, with opportunities to contribute to new menus and daily specials while maintaining cost controls and efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion to deliver fantastic food in a welcoming pub setting.
• Hands-on leadership as a Chef de Partie / kitchen supervisor.
• Willingness to learn new skills and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Strong planning and organisation to control GP and labour.
• Pro-active approach to driving sales and growth through team engagement.
