British Garden Centre in Gosforth is seeking skilled Chefs/Cooks for a part-time temporary role. 20 hours per week with weekend flexibility, no evening work. You will prepare delicious meals, follow recipes, and deliver high-quality dishes for our restaurant and front of house.

The ideal candidate has kitchen experience, can work to specs, and understands HACCP. Carvery experience is a bonus; strong time management and composure under pressure are essential to succeed in a busy kitchen

Formación

• Experience of working in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to follow instructions and produce high-quality meals to specs.
• Knowledge of HACCP and basic food hygiene.
• Carvery experience is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple orders while staying calm under pressure.
