Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering high-quality modern British dishes.
• Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Contributing ideas for menus, specials and events.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation and consistency.
• Stock, ordering, GP and waste control at senior level.
