Premier Selection is recruiting a Sous Chef for a popular, award-winning dining pub in Oakham, Rutland, where a Head Chef with rosette experience leads a kitchen with serious culinary credentials.

You will help run a busy, high-quality kitchen focused on from-fresh seasonal produce, including fish and game when in season, and you’ll lead the team through service and daily prep to maintain exceptional standards.

Qualifications

• Rosette-standard experience preferred.
• Able to lead and develop a kitchen team in a busy pub.
• Excellent communication and organisation under pressure.
• A passion for seasonal, from-fresh ingredients and quality cooking.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in running a busy kitchen and maintaining high standards.
• Lead the team through service and daily prep.
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal dish execution.
