Qualifications

1+ years as an assistant supporting senior-level creative executives, agents or producers or experience with administrative roles in media/publishing.
Strong English language skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
Interest in storytelling, series and film; ability to support creative work.

Responsibilities

Prepare reading lists and memos; update internal teams on project status.
Input project data (pitches and submissions) into internal systems.
Prepare presentations using Google Slides and assist with materials.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage complex calendars for multiple executives.
Maintain effective cross-functional communication with teams and external partners.
