Job summary

Netflix in London seeks a Creative Assistant to support the IP Scouting EMEA team. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist senior team members with calendar management, travel arrangements, and the preparation of presentations and memos. Collaboration with Book Scouts, agents, producers and directors across EMEA is essential.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years supporting senior-level creative executives, agents or producers or in administrative roles in media or publishing.
  • Understanding of creative processes in the industry, especially adaptation.
  • Interest in storytelling, series and film to support creative work.
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Technically minded with experience in multiple systems.
  • Willing to work after hours for urgent matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reading lists for the team and memos updating internal teams on project status.
  • Input project data (pitch es, submissions) into internal systems.
  • Support creative leads by preparing presentations using Google slides.
  • Maintain internal and external communications with Book Scouts, Agents, producers, writers and Directors.
  • Coordinate travel domestically and internationally and manage complex calendars.
  • Be the go-to-expert for internal/external systems and assist with events.
