Job summary

FOX Entertainment Global is seeking an Assistant, Content Sales – EMEA, to support the sales team with account management, market research, and reporting. The role partners with Strategy, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to meet client needs and ensure accurate deal tracking.

You will assist in pre- and post-sales activities, coordinate meetings, and provide timely email/call support across time zones, while maintaining high confidentiality and organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales, operations, or administrative role within an entertainment/media company.
• Genuine interest in administrative work.
• Self-starter and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day account management, including creation of rights listings and sales materials.
• Assist with marketing and events.
• Analyze territories and gather market research.
• Manage sales tracking and input client data into systems.
• Address client queries promptly and professionally.
