Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative work within entertainment/media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to learn complex topics quickly and work across time zones.
• Familiarity with rights management related to distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day account management and prepare sales materials.
• Support marketing and events activities.
• Analyze territories and market research to inform sales.
• Manage sales tracking and input client/deal information into systems.
• Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
• Track language version availability and coordinate with teams.
• Support pre‑ and post‑sales processes and coordinate meetings with clients.
• Provide post‑market follow‑ups and distribution of marketing info.
