Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales, operations, or administrative role within an entertainment/media company.
• Genuine interest in administrative work and the entertainment industry.
• Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Ability to learn complex industry topics quickly and work across time zones.
• Working understanding of rights management as it relates to distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day account management and curating high-volume rights listings.
• Prepare sales pitches, presentations, and ratings reports; respond to deliverable queries.
• Assist with marketing and events; analyze territories and market research.
• Manage sales tracking and generate regular reports in company systems.
• Provide post-sales support, pre-sales coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as first point of contact for emails/calls and track content feedback.
• Coordinate meetings/events with clients across time zones; travel as required.
