Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
• Experience in aero-engine repair design.
• Knowledge of airworthiness requirements.
• Experience towards CVE accreditation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and substantiate repair definitions for service-run components and assess damage and non-conformance.
• Provide technical leadership for repair design solutions across engineering disciplines.
• Define validation and verification requirements for repair methods and demonstrate equivalence when methods change.
• Review and approve technical documentation including variances and repair revisions.
• Collaborate across Civil Aerospace and global MRO networks to identify opportunities and deliver revisions and tooling changes.
