Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. in the UK is seeking a Task Force Executive to lead quality improvement for health and social care providers. Location options include Nottingham, Stevenage or Preston with nationwide travel required.

The role offers a £55,000 salary, permanent full-time employment, and an immediate start subject to DBS clearance. You will work to ensure CQC compliance, develop tailored strategies, and mentor senior staff across services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years recent CQC inspector work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and inspection processes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and patterns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Proven ability to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and drive organizational change.
• Access to own vehicle with full UK driving licence
• Able to travel nationally and stay overnight
• Enhanced DBS registered with the rolling update system

Responsibilities

• Quality related site visits across a range of services ie mock inspections, due diligence.
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation summarising findings, recommendations, and progress towards achieving compliance goals.
• Care quality enhancement, guidance and practical solutions for failing services
• Registered Manager and Senior management mentoring and coaching
• General and specific governance and quality systems
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clinical staff, and regulatory bodies, to drive continuous improvement in quality and compliance.
• Analysing data, documentation, and feedback to identify areas of non-compliance or improvement opportunities.
• Supporting with Interim and Turnaround Management to care providers
• Preparing action plans and collating evidence of improvements and corresponding with ICBs, Local Authorities and CQC
