Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is expanding its specialist Quality Improvement & Inspection team and we’re seeking experienced quality professionals to have a genuine impact on care services across the UK.

You’ll work with providers across residential, nursing, supported living and domiciliary care services, conducting mock inspections, driving improvement programmes and advising leadership teams to raise standards before regulators arrive.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a CQC Inspector or equivalent quality-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of the CQC Single Assessment Framework.
• Experience undertaking inspections, audits or quality reviews.
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
• The ability to influence, challenge and support senior leaders.
• A track record of driving service improvement and positive outcomes.
• A passion for raising standards within health and social care.

Mansioni

• Conducting a mock inspection ahead of a CQC assessment.
• Supporting a provider through a quality improvement programme.
• Advising senior leadership teams on governance and compliance.
• Producing detailed inspection reports and action plans.
• Identifying risks and recommending practical solutions.
