Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Task Force Executive with recent CQC inspection experience to advise healthcare providers on compliance with CQC regulations and standards across health and social care sectors. You will assess current practices, devise improvement strategies, and produce detailed reports.

Occasional nationwide travel and DBS check required; strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Competenze

Minimum of 2-3 years recent CQC inspector work experience.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and inspection processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to travel nationally with own vehicle and full UK driving licence.

Mansioni

Quality related site visits across a range of services including mock inspections and due diligence.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation summarising findings and progress towards compliance goals.
Provide care quality enhancement guidance and practical solutions for failing services.
Mentor and coach Registered Managers and senior management.
Develop governance and quality systems; collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvement.
Analyse data and feedback to identify non-compliance and improvement opportunities.
Support Interim and Turnaround Management for care providers.
Prepare action plans and collate evidence for ICBs, Local Authorities and CQC.
