Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Task Force Executive to lead consultancy efforts ensuring CQC compliance across health and social care providers.

Notwithstanding, the role covers Nottingham, Stevenage, or Preston with nationwide travel and an immediate start, reporting to the Task Force Team Lead. You will assess current practices, develop tailored quality-improvement strategies, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with clinical staff and regulators to drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2-3 years recent CQC inspector experience.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and stay overnight.
• Own a vehicle with a UK driving licence.
• Enhanced DBS with rolling update system.

Mansioni

• Quality related site visits across a range of services (mock inspections, due diligence).
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation summarising findings and progress toward compliance goals.
• Provide care quality enhancement guidance and practical solutions for failing services.
• Mentor and coach Registered Managers and senior management.
• Oversee governance and quality systems within the organisation.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to drive quality and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse data and feedback to identify non-compliance or improvement opportunities.
• Support Interim and Turnaround Management to care providers.
• Prepare action plans and collate evidence for ICBs, Local Authorities and CQC.
