Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Task Force Executive to lead consultancy across UK health and social care providers, ensuring CQC compliance and driving quality improvements. The role reports to the Task Force Team Lead and has no direct reports.

You will assess current practices, develop tailored strategies, and collaborate with clinical staff and regulators. Immediate start; extensive nationwide travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years recent CQC inspector experience.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and inspection processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel nationally and stay overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Quality related site visits across a range of services ie mock inspections, due diligence.
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation summarising findings, recommendations, and progress towards achieving compliance goals
• Care quality enhancement, guidance and practical solutions for failing services
• Registered Manager and Senior management mentoring and coaching
• General and specific governance and quality systems
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in quality and compliance
• Analysing data, documentation, and feedback to identify areas of non-compliance or improvement opportunities
• Supporting with Interim and Turnaround Management to care providers
• Preparing action plans and collating evidence of improvements and corresponding with ICBs, Local Authorities and CQC

Due to the rapid growth, Delphi Care Solutions Task Force team are looking for quality and passionate health and social care professionals to share their skills and knowledge with health and social care providers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate as Task Force Executive - Former or Current CQC inspector, who wants to grow their career and who will play a key role in providing consultancy services to healthcare organisations to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards for all health and social care sectors and positively support clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to assess current care practices, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored strategies to enhance quality of care. This role requires excellent communication and report writing skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders within a multi-disciplinary team.

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for:

About You

As a Task Force Executive, you will be a highly organised individual, able to assess current practices and identify areas for improvement in an efficient way within our exciting and fast-paced projects. You must possess the ability to effectively work both on your own and as part of a team and hold good verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to work under pressure, be responsible and able to adapt quickly to changing requirements. You must be analytical, possess the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, make decisions in line with what you deem is achievable, and thereafter deliver it.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years recent CQC inspector (previous or current) work experience
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and inspection processes
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and patterns
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Proven ability to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and drive organizational change - working across various health and social care providers
• Access to own vehicle with full UK driving licence
• Able to travel nationally and stay overnight
• Enhanced DBS registered with the rolling update system
